2. Service Description

GameMintAI uses trained specialized artificial intelligence to analyze video game condition and provide CGC-style grading assessments. The Service includes:

• AI-powered 5-photo game condition analysis
• CGC-style grade predictions and target grade ranges
• Component breakdown (corners, edges, surface, seal integrity)
• Submission recommendations (Submit/Borderline/Not Recommended)
• Risk assessment and downside scenario analysis
• Expected value impact estimation
• Analysis history and comparison tools

3. No Guarantees or Authentication

• No Authentication: We do not authenticate products or verify authenticity
• No Grade Guarantees: Our AI provides probability-based predictions, not guarantees
• Not Official Grading: Only CGC, WATA, and VGA provide official grades
• No Affiliation: We are not affiliated with CGC, WATA, VGA, or any grading company
• Final Grades May Differ: Professional grading results may differ from our predictions
• Decision Support Tool: Results should be used as guidance, not definitive assessments

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate game information and high-quality 5-photo uploads
• Understand that our assessments are predictions, not guarantees
• Not use results to make misleading claims about guaranteed grades
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology
• Maintain account credential confidentiality
• Only submit games you own or have permission to analyze
• Use the service for personal decision-making, not resale or insurance purposes

5. Payment and Credits

GameMintAI operates on a credit-based system:

• 1 credit = 1 game analysis
• Credits never expire and retain full value
• No subscriptions or recurring charges
• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• Pricing ranges from $1.50 to $3.00 per analysis depending on package size
• Volume discounts available through larger credit packages

6. Refund Policy

See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility. Analysis results are non-refundable as the service is delivered upon completion. Refunds are only available for technical failures or billing errors.

7. Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Service, including but not limited to:

• AI models and algorithms
• Analysis methodologies and scoring systems
• Website design and user interface
• Brand names, logos, and trademarks

are owned by GameMintAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMEMINTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Financial losses from reliance on grade predictions or submission recommendations
• Differences between our predictions and actual professional grading results
• Submission fees paid to CGC, WATA, VGA, or other grading services
• Lost value due to lower-than-predicted grades
• Authentication issues or counterfeit detection failures
• Changes to professional grading standards or methodologies
• Lost profits, business interruptions, or opportunity costs
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question.

9. User-Generated Content

By uploading game images to GameMintAI:

• You grant us a license to use images for AI training and service improvement
• You confirm you have rights to upload the images
• You acknowledge images may be used to improve our models
• You agree images will not be publicly displayed without your consent

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information and uploaded game images.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
